Вынесен приговор
Усть-Катавским городским судом вынесен приговор в отношении 26-летнего жителя Усть-Катава Закиева, обвиняемого в изнасиловании собственной матери.
Как сообщил старший следователь СО по г. Усть-Катав СК РФ Челябинской области Сергей Александров, преступление было совершено в апреле этого года. Мать преступника обратилась в правоохранительные органы, после чего по подозрению в указанном преступлении ее сын был задержан.
По данным следствия, Закиев ранее уже был судим за преступления имущественного характера, неоднократно привлекался к административной ответственности по месту жителеьства. Суд назначил ему наказание в виде лишения свободы на пять лет с отбыванием наказания в колонии строгого режима.
Также Усть-Катавский городской суд вынес приговор в отношении жителя г. Усть-Катав Колечкина, признанного виновным в совершении убийства Азбаганова, также проживающего в Усть-Катаве.
Как выяснило следствие, убийство произошло после ссоры Колечкина с Азбагановым, причем и жертва, и преступник находились в состоянии алкогольного опьянения. Колечкин во время ссоры нанес Азбаганову несколько ножевых ранений кухонным ножом, отчего тот скончался.
Примечательно, что оба — убийца и убитый — безработные. Колечкин был ранее судим за преступление корыстного характера. Ему назначено наказание в виде 10 лет лишения свободы с отбыванием срока в колонии строгого режима.
