Депутаты предлагают ввести «первосентябрьский капитал»
В Госдуме предложили выделять родителям школьников материальную помощь на подготовку детей к началу учебного года.
Соответствующее обращение вице-премьеру Татьяне Голиковой направил Борис Чернышов, замглавы комитета Госдумы по образованию и науке.
По словам депутата, родители вынуждены увеличивать расходы на покупку необходимого для учёбы в ущерб другим тратам. И что в России, особенно в регионах, позволить себе сборы ребёнка в школу может далеко не каждая семья, уверен он.
Поэтому Чернышов и предлагает запустить программу «Первосентябрьский капитал», в рамках которой родителям будут выделять дополнительные деньги, покрывающие расходы на школьников.
