Традиционная педагогическая конференция прошла в конце августа в актовом зале усть-катавской школы №7. Как всегда, педагоги города собрались подвести итоги минувшего учебного года и поделиться планами на будущий. Августовская конференция неофициально открывает начало нового учебного года. Главной темой встречи стало «Эффективное управление как ключевой инструмент развития системы образования в Усть-Катавском городском округе».
До начала конференции в фойе школы была организована выставка. В предложенном вниманию присутствующих обзорном материале, оформленном в виде экспозиции, каждое образовательное учреждение продемонстрировало что-то свое. Многие порадовали коллег творческими находками и новыми идеями.
В работе конференции приняли участие заместитель главы Усть-Катавского городского округа Сергей Пульдяев, председатель Собрания депутатов Анатолий Дружинин, представители управления образования, педагоги школ и детских садов, работники учреждений дополнительного образования, тренеры спортивных секций.
После концертной программы и приветственных слов представителей администрации и депутатов с докладом по главной теме конференции выступила начальник управления образования Ольга Васильева . В дальнейших выступлениях педагоги обозначили основные задачи на предстоящий учебный год и те изменения, которые ждут городскую систему образования. При этом отметили, что одной из главных задач в новом учебном году остается повышение качества образования.
По сложившейся традиции на августовской конференции не обошлось без чествования и награждения лучших работников сферы образования. По итогам работы за прошедший учебный год педагоги округа были награждены грамотами Министерства образования и науки РФ, Министерства образования и науки Челябинской области, Управления образования администрации Усть-Катавского городского округа, грамотами главы Усть-Катавского городского округа и Собрания депутатов.
