Усть-Катавский индустриально-технологический техникум, объединивший в себе ресурсы двух учебных заведений города — механического и профессионального техникумов, с давних лет являлся кузницей рабочих кадров технического профиля для Усть-Катава.
С высоким профессионализмом и душой подходят преподаватели и педагогический персонал к своим подопечным, стремятся дать все возможное — знания, опыт, навыки — все, что пригодится им в жизни. Двое из них — Будаева Татьяна Ивановна и Парфенов Виктор Константинович — отмечали в январе 2014 года свои юбилеи. Это те люди, которым никогда не была безразлична судьба специалистов, выпущенных учебным заведением, которые пришли учиться еще школьниками, а вышли зрелыми мастерами своего дела.
Татьяна Ивановна начала работу в профессионально-техническом училище № 22 в 1975 году после окончания Челябинского государственного педагогического института преподавателем математики. С 1996 года Татьяна Будаева работает в должности заместителя директора по учебной работе, что позволяет ей передавать свой богатый опыт и знания коллегам.
Требовательная и ответственная, искренняя и строгая, но, в первую очередь, к себе. Именно эти качества позволяют Татьяне Ивановне на протяжении многих лет вести качественную и плодотворную работу как среди студентов, так и среди преподавателей. В своем активе Татьяна Ивановна имеет множество благодарностей, наград, почетных грамот от Министерства образования и науки Челябинской области.
Парфенов Виктор Константинович начал свой трудовой путь в профессиональном лицее № 22 в качестве мастера производственного обучения в 1986 году.
Он многие годы обучал молодых людей профессии «Электромонтер по ремонту и обслуживанию оборудования» и «Автомеханик», показывая при этом высокие профессиональные знания и умения в своей области.
Толерантное отношение Виктора Константиновича к молодежи позволило сформировать теплые и дружеские отношения со всеми коллегами и своими студентами.
На протяжении всех лет работы в сфере профессионального образования Татьяна Ивановна и Виктор Константинович подавали всем пример добросовестной и продуктивной работы.
И техникум сегодня гордится этими юбилярами!
