Поистине вопиющий случай произошел в Катав-Ивановске в прошлые выходные.
Кто-то, специально, в субботу вечером перекрыл газовую задвижку по улице Октябрьской. В результате этой, можно сказать, диверсии, газ исчез во всей центральной части города. И это в выходной день, когда люди находились в своих домах и квартирах!
Дежурным диспетчерской посыпались звонки от возмущенных жителей города: газа нет, готовить еду невозможно. Да что там — еду, у некоторых жителей даже кипятильника не нашлось, чтобы вскипятить воду для чая.
У специалистов-газовиков начался аврал в работе. Каждый дом, причем не только многоквартирный, но и частный, нужно было подключать отдельно. В результате, газ появился в большинстве домов центральной части города к вечеру воскресенья. В понедельник на помощь местным газовикам прибыли специалисты из Усть-Катава.
Кто и зачем перекрыл газовую задвижку, пока неизвестно. Полиция ведет активные поиски виновных.
Пресс-секретарь главы Катав-Ивановского района Мария Титаренко так прокомментировала случившееся:
«По нормативно-правовой базе такие задвижки сделаны для аварийного отключения газа. Доступ к ним не должен быть ограничен. Но, по словам специалистов, просто так закрыть задвижку нельзя. На ней есть фиксатор, открыть который мог только знающий человек. Выходит, он действовал осознанно, а не нечаянно. Любое несанкционированное вторжение в работу газопроводов посторонними лицами является наказуемым деянием. По данному факту полиция проводит расследование.
