ООО «Уралэнергосбыт» и «Россети Урал» (ОАО «МРСК Урала») заключили соглашение о порядке возврата переплат за электроэнергию. Потребителям не придется тратить время в очередях. Согласно договоренности между компаниями переплаты, образовавшиеся у населения, автоматически перейдут новому гарантирующему поставщику (ГП), их зачислят на лицевые счета абонентов и учтут при расчете будущих периодов.
Переплаты, образовавшиеся до 30 июня 2019 года по лицевым счетам, имеющим контрольные показания за июнь 2019 г., будут зачислены на лицевые счета потребителей и отражены в графе «оплата» квитанций за июль. Совершенные после 30 июня – в последующих квитанциях. Первые платежки от «Уралэнергосбыт» придут южноуральцам в августе, они будут содержать информацию о наличии переплаты и перерасчете, если таковая имелась. Потребители, не согласные с зачислением денежных средств на лицевые счета, могут обратиться с соответствующим заявлением в любой из офисов очного обслуживания ООО «Уралэнергосбыт». Деньги вернут на указанные реквизиты. Стороны будут осуществлять еженедельный мониторинг переплат и корректировку расчетов до тех пор, пока это будет необходимо.
Договоренности соглашения не относятся к денежным средствам, внесенным потребителями в адрес ПАО «Челябэнергосбыт» (выполняло функции гарантирующего поставщика в Челябинской области до 01.07.2018 г.). Проведение зачета переплаты в данном случае не представляется возможным, поскольку между ОАО «МРСК Урала», потребителями электроэнергии и ПАО «Челябэнергосбыт» не имеется соответствующих взаимных обязательств. Для защиты своих прав и законных интересов потребители вправе обратиться в судебные органы.
